i. Order Confirmation


Will I get confirmation of my order?
Yes. As soon as you place an order on our website, you’ll receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided. This confirms that we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your payment method in preparation for processing.


I placed my order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. Why?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check the following:

  • The email might be in your junk or spam folder.
  • There may have been a typo in your email address during checkout.
  • Your email provider’s spam filters may have blocked our message.


If you’ve checked these and still haven’t received confirmation, please contact us directly so we can assist.


What happens after I receive my order confirmation?
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll check with our warehouse or suppliers to verify availability. If the item(s) are in stock, your payment will be processed, and your order will be prepared for dispatch.
If an item is unavailable for immediate shipment, we’ll contact you via email or phone with alternatives. If you prefer not to choose an alternative, we’ll cancel the pre-authorization and release your payment hold.
